Where better than the Greek island of Andros for our annual I Feel Good! experience? The northernmost of the Cyclades archipelago is the stuff postcards are made of. Its green rugged terrain offset by pristine blue waters is the perfect setting for our retreat.
The program, combining leadership training, personal development, and peer knowledge exchange, is designed by leaders, for leaders. Our focus is to help you improve YOU and your business. You’ll master new self-improvement tools and exchange knowledge with your peers. This is your chance to engage in coaching discussions, rejuvenate, take stock of your personal achievements, and work on your leadership style.
With the help of the peak performance tools Paul talks about in his latest book, Demigods, Aliens, and Ordinary People, you’ll master goal setting, imagery, belief and commitment, and persistence. You’ll learn to master fear and recognize the importance of heroes in our lives.
And we’ll be doing more than exercising our minds; we’ll be taking care of our bodies, too. Yoga, walking, trekking, and swimming are all part of the agenda. Don’t worry, we’ll leave the marathons to the Olympians; our exercises are geared for all levels.
We also have a spousal program! Or, if you want to keep this strictly business, then consider bringing loyal team members as form of reward or retention. Why not bring your management team since we can accommodate this for you as well!
We’re hijacking the words of Leonidas I, king of the Greek city-state of Sparta – Molon Labe! When Xerxes I demanded that the Spartans surrender their weapons, he replied Molon Labe – come and get them!
We’re flipping his defiance into an invitation to you, Molon labe! Come and take these tools and lessons, take this opportunity to recharge, and return home with fine-tuned skills, ready for your next battle in business.
Just two hours from Athens, the mountainous island of Andros is a very popular destination noted for its beaches, food, and picturesque villages. More fertile and greener than the rest of the Cyclades, the island is a hiker’s paradise.
As some of the best places in Andros are reached off-road, you might want to think about renting a car. The capital Chora is home to neoclassical mansions, a marbled town square, and many interesting museums dedicated to contemporary art, folklore, and archeology. Many tourists are drawn to the tavernas and cafés in the seaside town of Batsi.
The island is edged with stunning beaches like Vitali, Zorkos, Achla, and Pidima tis Grias. If you’re a water sports enthusiast, head for Xrisi Akti, Kypri, and Agios Petros.
Six kilometres from Chora, at the foot of Mount Petalo, lies the village of Menites, famous for its spring waters. The remains of the fifth-century fortified city are still visible in the island’s ancient capital, Paleopoli, which enchants tourists with its marketplace, theater, temples, and altars. Head inland for some serious trekking and the majestic waterfalls of Pithara and nearby Sariza.
Hotel Perrakis is perfectly placed right next to the sea in the small village of Kypri, by its sandy beach and turquoise waters. The livelier resort of Batsi is 4km away, which has a little fishing harbour and maze of narrow streets. The port of Gavrio is also close by.
Enjoy diving in the pool, relaxing at the Beach Bar, experiencing the flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine at the Cyclades Restaurant. Comfortable and elegant reception areas, amazing views of the blue Aegean Sea from all 44 of the rooms, and a staff that will make sure you experience the famous Greek hospitality first hand.
All rooms are bright and spacious and are looking out over the sea with elegant décor and comfortable furnishings throughout the hotel.
Standard rooms – double/twin with a balcony, flat screen TV, AC mini fridge, hair dryer, safety box and free Wi-Fi access. Can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.
Superior Sea View Rooms – double/twin with a large balcony, small sitting room area, AC, flat screen TV, ipod dock, mini fridge, hair dryer, safety box, Wi-Fi access. Can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. They are considered to be some of the most beautiful rooms on the island of Andros with amazing views.
The Blue Bar features blue and white furniture providing an elegant setting with panoramic views of the glistening sea on the veranda.
The Cyclades restaurant, one of the most popular in Andros specialises in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, fresh fish delicacies and creative local dishes.
There is an on-site organised scuba diving centre with all the necessary equipment to plan a magical dive into the amazing waters around Andros, there is also windsurfing available on the beach next door to the hotel.
