The “I Feel Good” Experience is a chance to pursue coaching discussions, rejuvenate, take stock of your personal achievements and work on your leadership style, through the help of Peak performance tools in Cycladic Andros, Greece, which is idyllic, rugged, green boasting a wide array of blue pristine beaches.
This program is designed for leaders. Our focus is help you improve YOU, the business, learn new self-improvement tools, exchange knowledge with peers and walk away with pragmatic, easy-to-apply tools based on Paul Renaud’s new book called Demigods, Aliens and Ordinary People. The book covers a series of Peak performance tools including: Goal setting, imagery, belief and commitment persistence, fear and the importance of heroes in our lives.
During the I Feel Good Experience, we will sample mind exercises from the land of the great philosophers including mindfulness and meditation in addition to Yoga sessions. Every morning, these sessions will be short enough to try out and can be taken by people either familiar with mindfulness and yoga, or even novices.
Experience fitness every day in the land where the Olympics were born where some walking, hiking and swimming will be part of the agenda. No need to worry as we won’t be carrying out endurance tests or ultra-marathons! Exercises are geared for all levels.
“Molon Lave” was attributed to King Leonidas, leader of the 300 Spartans and this meant: “Come and take it”. We invite you to “come and take it” and return home feeling charged up with fine-tuned skills and ready for your next battle in business.
The mountainous island of Andros is located two hours from Athens. It is the northernmost of the Cyclades archipelago, a very popular destination for its beaches, food and spectacular villages. Andros is more fertile and greener then the rest of the Cyclades and has a very good network of trails, which makes it a hiker’s paradise.
Some of the best places in Andros are reached off-road, so a good idea is to rent a car. The capital Chora shows a bunch of mansions, in a neoclassical style, jutting out of the sea, with a marbled square, together with interesting museums dedicated to contemporary art, folklore and archeology. Batsi is a seaside town where almost all the tourists stay – a quiet place, with tavernas and coffee shops.
Andros beaches are quite stunning. Among them – Vitali, Zorkos, Achla, Pidima tis Grias. Some of them have facilities and you can practice watersports: Xrisi Akti, Kypri, Agios Petros.
The Menites village, located 6 kilometres from Chora, at the foot of Petalo mountain, is famous for its spring waters. Paleopoli is Andros’ ancient capital, which has remains of the 5th century fortified city, enchanting tourists with the marketplace, theatre, temples and altars. If you are a trekking fan, inland you will find the fantastic waterfalls of Pithara and another spring, nearby Sariza.
Hotel Perrakis is perfectly placed right next to the sea in the small village of Kypri, by its sandy beach and turquoise waters. The livelier resort of Batsi is 4km away, which has a little fishing harbour and maze of narrow streets. The port of Gavrio is also close by.
Enjoy diving in the pool, relaxing at the Beach Bar, experiencing the flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine at the Cyclades Restaurant. Comfortable and elegant reception areas, amazing views of the blue Aegean Sea from all 44 of the rooms, and a staff that will make sure you experience the famous Greek hospitality first hand.
All rooms are bright and spacious and are looking out over the sea with elegant décor and comfortable furnishings throughout the hotel.
Standard rooms – double/twin with a balcony, flat screen TV, AC mini fridge, hair dryer, safety box and free Wi-Fi access. Can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.
Superior Sea View Rooms – double/twin with a large balcony, small sitting room area, AC, flat screen TV, ipod dock, mini fridge, hair dryer, safety box, Wi-Fi access.
