Phew… this was the toughest crowd of my career – ages: 13-17. I think I did OK-ish.
Great initiative called ‘City Grill Internship’ program showing some star students all about the basics of running a restaurant: Customer service, food prep, serving, hard work, cleaning and of course Marketing. Future leaders of tomorrow and this was lot of fun.
