On May 23, Paul Renaud was invited to speak about “Marketing and Positioning” at “Ateliere de Antreprenoriat” an event organised by Romanian Business Leaders.
During the workshop young entrepreneurs learned how to structure an “elevator pitch”, how to develop a coherent pricing strategy and how to define a better mission and vision for their company.
Presentation ended with the One Page Marketing Plan exercise, a very useful exercise combining theory with practice, so that participants have the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned from the workshop.
